Booking & Appointments

Submit a booking request through the official booking form and complete every required field. Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive next-step instructions directly from me. A submitted form is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
Advance booking is strongly encouraged, especially for longer experiences, travel, weekends, holidays, or specific dates. The earlier you inquire, the better the chance I can accommodate your preferred schedule.
Occasionally, depending on availability. Same-day requests are never guaranteed, so advance planning is always preferred.
Please provide all information requested on the booking form accurately and completely. Incomplete information can prevent approval, so double-check your submission before sending it.
Yes, first-time requests are welcome as long as the required booking and screening steps are completed successfully. Returning clients may still be asked to update information when necessary.
Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a direct confirmation from me and all required booking steps have been completed. Do not make non-refundable travel arrangements based only on submitting a request.
I’ll review the information provided and contact you with either confirmation, a request for additional information, or an update regarding availability. Please avoid submitting duplicate requests while waiting for a response.
Possibly, depending on availability and how close the requested change is to the appointment. Contact me as soon as possible with the exact change you need. Changes are not guaranteed once a booking has been confirmed.
Only when the person attending is clearly identified and completes any required verification or screening themselves. Please do not submit another person’s information without their knowledge or consent.
Send a message as soon as you know you’ll be late. Depending on timing and availability, the appointment may need to remain within the original end time or be rescheduled. Significant lateness may be treated as a cancellation.

Payments & Pricing

Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process. Please use only the payment instructions sent directly by me and verify the details before sending anything.
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve a date and time. Your appointment is not considered secured until any required deposit has been received and acknowledged.
Deposits are generally intended to reserve time and may be non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. Any exceptions should follow the cancellation or rescheduling policy provided with your booking.
Any remaining balance is typically due according to the instructions provided with your confirmation. Follow the payment timeline in your booking message rather than assuming a different arrangement.
Rates are set based on the time, planning, and experience involved and are not intended for negotiation. If a particular option is outside your budget, choose an available experience that better fits it.
Additional fees may apply for travel, special scheduling, extended time, shipping, rush requests, or other arrangements outside the standard offering. Any applicable fees should be disclosed before you confirm.
Full advance payment may be accepted in some situations. If you prefer to pay in full beforehand, ask first so you can receive the correct instructions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel, contact me as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable because time was reserved specifically for your booking, and repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.
Rescheduling may be possible when sufficient notice is given and another suitable date is available. A reschedule is not guaranteed until the new date has been confirmed.
A deposit may be transferable to a new date when the rescheduling policy is followed. Transfers are generally limited and should not be assumed without confirmation.
Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of the deposit and may require a new deposit for any future booking. The exact outcome depends on the notice given and the circumstances.
Late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled end time. If the delay is substantial, the appointment may need to be shortened, moved, or canceled depending on availability.
If I need to make a change, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and work with you on the most appropriate option, such as a new date or another resolution consistent with the booking terms.
Give as much notice as possible. Earlier notice creates more flexibility and makes it much easier to offer an alternate date or time.

Experiences

Current experiences and available options are listed on the Experiences page. Review that page before booking so you can choose the option that best matches the kind of time you’d like to plan.
Appointment lengths vary by experience. Available durations and any minimum booking requirements are listed with the relevant offering or provided during booking.
Your reserved time covers the full scheduled experience from the agreed start time through the agreed end time. Specific inclusions depend on the experience selected and should be confirmed before the appointment.
Some experiences can be tailored within reasonable boundaries. Share what you have in mind during the booking process so I can let you know what can be accommodated.
You’re welcome to ask respectfully. A request is never a guarantee, and anything outside the listed offerings is subject to comfort, boundaries, availability, and suitability.
Yes. I reserve the right to decline any request that is outside my boundaries, creates a safety concern, or is not something I offer. Please respect a clear no without negotiation.

Current availability and travel locations are listed on the website or provided during booking. Because schedules change, use the most recent information rather than relying on an older post or message.
Available location options depend on the city, schedule, and booking details. The appropriate arrangement will be confirmed privately during the booking process.

Screening may be required before a first appointment and in other situations where updated verification is appropriate. A booking is not confirmed until any requested screening has been completed successfully.
Screening helps establish that the information provided is legitimate and supports a safer, more comfortable booking process for everyone involved.
The exact requirements may vary, but you’ll be told what information is needed during the booking process. Only provide requested information through the approved method.
If identification is requested, the acceptable form and submission method will be explained privately. Do not send sensitive documents through random channels or to accounts you have not verified.
Information provided for booking and screening is treated discreetly and used only as reasonably necessary for the booking, verification, communication, and safety process.

Yes. Discretion is expected on both sides. Please do not publicly share private booking details, personal information, photographs, messages, or identifying information without permission.
Not unless explicit permission has been given beforehand. Never assume that photography, screenshots, audio recording, or video recording is permitted.
If the required screening cannot be completed satisfactorily, the booking will not be confirmed. Alternative verification may be considered only when offered directly.

Orders & Shipping

Processing time varies by item and order volume. Any estimated processing window shown on the product page should be considered an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
When tracking is available, it will be provided after the order has been prepared and handed to the carrier. Tracking activity may take some time to update after a label is created.
Orders are packaged with privacy in mind whenever possible. If discreet packaging is especially important to you, review the product details or contact me before ordering.

New products are added as they become available rather than on a guaranteed schedule. Check the Shop or website updates for the latest releases.
Minor variations can occur because of lighting, screen settings, handmade elements, manufacturing differences, or natural materials. Material differences should not affect the basic item described.

Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange eligibility depends on the item. Used, personalized, digital, intimate, or custom products may be final sale, while certain unopened standard products may qualify under the posted policy.
